This
program provides travel grants for a team of four or five non-Rotarian
business and professional persons to travel between paired districts
in different countries. Teams spend four to six weeks abroad,
where they study their host country's institutions, economy,
and life-styles; develop friendships; and discuss ideas with
community leaders. They also observe their own professions as
they are practiced in the host country.
