Rotary District 6580 Governor Paul Stanley

Paul Stanley has been installed as 2011-12 district governor for Rotary International’s Southern Indiana District 6580.
Stanley joined the Rotary Club of Terre Haute in 1988 and has served on the grants and finance committees and as chair of the Community Service Committee. He also has been a host counselor for honors students from South Korea and Japan. He served as assistant district governor for two years.
In 2009-10 he was awarded the district’s 2009-10 Rotarian of the Year.
Before becoming branch manager and senior vice president at Smith Barney/Citigroup, Stanley worked with Merrill Lynch and E .F. Hutton. At Citigroup received the Volunteer Service Award from the Office of the President of the United States.
Stanley becomes the sixth Rotary district governor from Terre Haute. Previous district governors: Dale McKee, 1988-89; Edgar Pettibone, 1984-85; James Rentschler, 1977-78; Frank Lightfoot, 1972-73; and Wayne Schomer, 1965-66.
